of the most prestigious and historic buildings in the area to
the smallest bungalow. All commercial properties will be
cleaned prior to shop opening hours where possible to minimise
disruption to customers.
We have worked on some of the more challenging listed buildings and have invested in specialist equipment to allow us to reach into the corners of unusually shaped windows, along with having extra soft brush heads so as not to damage leaded light or stain glass windows. We also understand that water can stain or damage various different materials found in these old buildings, and are very careful to identify any potential areas of risk while carrying out our initial site survey. Many old windows require a hand finish so as to alleviate any possible risk of damage that could be caused using ladders or water fed pole equipment. Leaded lights may need a quick internal wipe if the lead seals are showing age or the glass cracked but the cleaners used are all 'green' non corrosive and will not mark
